This program has linking elements...
The task for each team is to build up a stable bridge
with timber and ropes. Then each team has to cross
its bridge.
For this each team has to make clear decisions,
has to run through structured planning, has to delegate jobs
and has to dispose roles for the members of the team.
By this structures inside the teams can be experienced intensively.
This exciting teamwork can be realised at different places -
on a meadow, near a small creek and even inside a hall
we can run this program without any problems...
